This Privacy Policy explains how Party, Inc. dba Pardeasy (“Pardeasy,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you access or use:

This Privacy Policy also explains the rights and choices that may be available to you.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Pardeasy through the Service.
It does not govern the independent privacy practices of vendors, event organizers, advertisers, social media platforms, payment providers, linked websites, or other third parties that Pardeasy does not control.
When you contact, hire, book, or otherwise interact with a vendor, that vendor may collect information directly from you. The vendor’s own privacy practices govern information it independently collects or controls.

Claimed Profile means a Business Profile that has been verified and is managed by the business owner or an authorized representative.
Device means a smartphone, tablet, computer, or other device used to access the Service.
Personal Information or Personal Data means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It generally does not include publicly available, aggregated, or deidentified information where excluded by applicable law.

Pardeasy currently uses the Google Places API as a source for certain business information and photographs. Google states that photographs supplied through the Places API may require author attribution, and applications displaying those photographs must include any attribution returned with the photograph. (Google for Developers)
An Unclaimed Profile does not mean that the listed business created, approved, verified, endorsed, or sponsored the profile or has entered into a partnership with Pardeasy.
D. Location and Search-Area Information
Pardeasy is a location-based Service.
Depending on how you use the Application, you may choose to provide or allow us to process:
your current city;
a city and state selected by you;

approximate location derived from your IP address or Device;
precise Device location, when permission is granted;
a custom search radius;
a location selected for an event outside your normal area;

allow you to plan events in another city or state;

You may manually enter a city or address instead of enabling Device-location access.
You may change your selected location, city, state, or search radius through the Application’s category and location controls.
You may disable Device-location permission through your Device settings. Certain nearby-vendor and location-based features may not function properly when location permission is disabled.
Pardeasy may retain selected locations or recent location searches when necessary to maintain your preferences, support Service functionality, prevent misuse, or analyze Service performance. We do not use location information for cross-context behavioral advertising at this time.

add a profile photograph;
upload photographs or videos to a Business Profile;

provide customer support;
investigate abuse or harassment;
respond to user reports;
prevent fraud or unlawful activity;
enforce our Terms & Conditions;

If Pardeasy later introduces paid advertising, ticketing, digital-wallet, subscription, or payment features, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, potentially including mobile-wallet services such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
At that time, Pardeasy may receive limited transaction information, including:

Pardeasy uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include:
Account authentication;

You are responsible for protecting your Account credentials and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Privacy and Removal Requests
A Vendor may request review or correction of Personal Information associated with a Business Profile.
Pardeasy will evaluate requests based on applicable privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, directory, and other laws.
A request to delete an individual Account does not necessarily require deletion of factual information concerning a publicly operating business.
